I try to eat as healthy as possible but also not deprive myself of some tasty treats too.

Below are some posts of healthy meals that help me get through the day and also help fuel me up for my work-outs. Since I work  from 8am-5pm and am always on the go, I try to plan and prepare my meals ahead of time. That way, I’m not stuck eating unhealthy, processed, fast food that does nothing for me except give me heart burn, indigestion and low energy all day.

I’ve broken them down into categories: breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts and snacks.  I hope this helps to give you some ideas in case you are looking to change up your weekly meals and inspire you to eat healthy and take care of yourself!! Manja! Enjoy 🙂
